• If your return is accepted, you may return the order using a shipping company of your choice.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Cooling-Off Period

You have 30 days to return your item for an exchange or refund.

As stated above, all returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
