Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

1. Handling Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Processing begins once the order is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.
2. Transit Time
- Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday via our trusted courier partners.
- Transit times vary depending on your destination, typically ranging between 1 to 9 business days.
- Please note that factors such as customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
3. Total Delivery Time
- The estimated total delivery time, including order processing and shipping, is 4–12 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier service efficiency, and any potential delays beyond our control.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
4. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If the customer refuses to pay the applicable duties/taxes, the courier may return or destroy the package. In such cases, Noonitems will not issue a refund or replacement.
We strongly advise checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid delays or additional costs.
5. Additional Information
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping rates and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. Any incorrect addresses may result in delayed or failed deliveries.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
